As a UKG Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and supporting the UKG Pro WFM Dimensions solution.
Your responsibilities will include:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and collect configuration requirements.
Design and Configuration: Design and configure the UKG Pro WFM Dimensions solution based on policy and HR requirements, including features such as time tracking, scheduling, and absence management.
Implementation: Lead and assist in the implementation process, ensuring the system is correctly installed, configured, and integrated with existing systems.
Solution Setup and Deployment: Set up, present, and implement the solution, handling configuration design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing to validate functionality, identify issues, and ensure quality assurance.
Training and Support: Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to address queries and system-related issues.
