Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership:

- Define and drive the overall technical architecture and design of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, resiliency and scalability requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Full Stack Development:

- Utilize your expertise in both frontend and backend development to contribute to the full stack development of our products.
- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within a Java stack.

Google Cloud Expertise:

- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest GCP services and features, incorporating them

into the product development process.
Product Engineering:

- Drive innovation in product development, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality and user-friendly products.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect, with a strong emphasis on product development.
- Extensive experience in Java stack development.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform services and architecture.
- Full stack development experience is highly preferred.
- Workforce Management domain experience is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
