Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor – Billing professional to manage all aspects of quantity surveying, billing, and cost control for our high rise residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for client billing, sub contractor billing, quantity verification, quantity estimation, cost estimation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Bills generate
  • Bills Approve
  • Prepare and review detailed cost estimates.
  • Review work orders, contracts, and scope variations
  • Project Monitor, Quantity Estimation
  • Calculating rate variations and rate escalations in each RA Bill.
  • Preparing Client bill, sub contractor bill as per the SOP and with all certification and compliances within given time frame.
  • Maintaining documents of Client, Subcontractor, Bills.
