Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge, high-performance applications.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing full-stack solutions.

You will lead the development of scalable, efficient, and robust software systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers, to support high-performance AI platforms.

- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready applications.

- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and efficient resource utilization.

- Lead the development of gRPC, GraphQL, RESTful APIs and other microservices to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of software updates.

- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach to software development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development, AI integration, and cloud computing.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Participation in a team on-call rotation providing seven-day week out of hours coverage, including the provision of after-hours and weekend support work when required.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications.

- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages and frameworks (e., Go, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot).

- Experience with database systems (e., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and data modeling.

- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience integrating AI/ML models into full-stack applications.

- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.

This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
