JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing full-stack solutions. You will lead the development of scalable, efficient, and robust software systems, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine learning engineers, and product managers Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers, to support high-performance AI platforms. Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into scalable, production-ready applications. Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency, high availability, and efficient resource utilization. Lead the development of gRPC, GraphQL, RESTful APIs and other microservices to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of software updates. Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring a user-centric approach to software development. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development, AI integration, and cloud computing. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Participation in a team on-call rotation providing seven-day week out of hours coverage, including the provision of after-hours and weekend support work when required. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Go, Node.js, Python, Spring Boot). Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and data modeling. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and scalability. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating AI/ML models into full-stack applications. Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Strong understanding of security best practices in software development. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
