What You’ll Do As our Founding Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of building and scaling our web and mobile platforms. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the founding team to turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, impactful products that reach thousands (and soon millions) of users. Your responsibilities will include: Building the core product — our mobile app using React Native, Flutter, Node.js, and other modern tools. Designing and integrating APIs, backend services, and databases to power seamless lending and investment experiences. Collaborating with product, design, and business teams to create solutions that are as scalable as they are user-friendly. Optimizing performance and security to support growth from day one. Writing clean, maintainable code while setting the foundation for future engineers to build on. Exploring and experimenting with new technologies to keep us ahead of the curve. Who You Are Engineering graduate from a Tier-1 institute (IITs or equivalent). Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate. You’ve built and shipped products before — could be apps, side projects, hackathons, or professional work. Strong skills in front-end (React Native/React.js) and/or back-end (Node.js/Express.js, Firebase, or similar). Passionate about fintech — especially around lending, investments, or mutual funds. Excited to work in an early-stage startup environment where speed, creativity, and ownership matter more than titles. You care about both user experience and engineering craft, not just “getting it to work.” Bonus: Knowledge of investment platforms, lending models, or financial products.
