EXP-6-10 Years The Zonal In-charge will be responsible for overall operations and customer care activities relating to the Operations Department while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a team of Service Engineers/Technicians, Trainers, and support staff to deliver high-quality services and must have strong technical ability, excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Team Leadership Client Communication Technical Support and Guidance R&D Coordination Service Documentation Spares Management Inventory Monitoring SLA & Quality Monitoring Issue Escalation Process Improvement Revenue generation Project Performance Evaluation Internal and External Team Coordination. Required skills & competencies: Strong knowledge of hardware systems, technical troubleshooting, and field service operations. Familiarity with CRM/service management tools, inventory systems, and SLA tracking. Proven experience in leading and mentoring service teams. Ability to manage team performance, project timelines, and service quality. Skilled in cross-functional coordination with R&D, IT, and vendor teams. Strong analytical mindset for root cause analysis and performance review. Experience in reviewing RFPs/tenders and ensuring deliverable compliance. Proven experience in service sector preferably in Electronics. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
