We are seeking an experienced Snow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow development, administration, and integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, HRSD, or GRC modules and a proven ability to manage and develop ServiceNow platforms, including scripting, configuration, and workflow automation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow platform.

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and ESM applications.

- Work on Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) for seamless system connectivity.

- Administer and configure ServiceNow instances, including CMS, workflows, UI actions, business rules, ACLs, and dictionary updates.

- Lead a team of 5-7 technical resources, providing guidance on best practices and development strategies.

- Adapt existing methods and procedures to create solutions for complex business requirements.

- Manage multiple small to large-scale ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

- Implement and optimize automation workflows, improving system efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL framework and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, administration, and configuration.

- ITSM experience preferred.

- Expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and GRC modules within ServiceNow.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, Java, Python, HTML, XML for ServiceNow scripting and customization.

- Experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including customer requirement analysis and system design.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex requirements.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) are a must.

- ITIL certification is a plus
