Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Expert to join our team at EXL. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in transformation initiatives and drive the Service desk enablement roadmap. They will be responsible for scoping, solution delivery, implementation, and adoption of Snow-Service desk across EXL. The role requires proficiency in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of UI/UX in Snow. Additionally, they should be able to lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new/existing Portfolio of Snow on top of App Engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrations with external systems using ServiceNow APIs, REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
  • Loading, manipulation, and maintaining integration data flow between Service Now and other third-party systems.
  • Designing and developing workflows, alerts setups, and configuration of the Snow platform.
  • Automating rote tasks fulfillment using scripting tools and ServiceNow standard functionality.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of Snow Architecture & Modules (ITSM/IT Service Portal/Asset Management & Workplace Service Delivery), databases, Incident management lifecycle, and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and Flow Designer (business workflow setups).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions with executives, support & customer personnel.
