With an expanding client base, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive our growth and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
○ Identify potential clients, especially group hotels and chains.
○ Conduct research and use tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate leads.
2. Sales Pipeline Management
○ Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closures.
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
3. Product Presentation
○ Deliver compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
○ Articulate product benefits, addressing client pain points effectively.
4. Negotiation & Closing
○ Drive end-to-end sales processes, from initial outreach to deal closure.
○ Negotiate contracts and ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
5. Client Relationship Management
○ Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
○ Act as the first point of contact for client queries and provide exceptional customer support.
6. Market Insights
○ Gather feedback from clients to influence product development and marketing strategies.
○ Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Monthly and annual revenue targets (e.g., 4–5 group hotels/month).
• Conversion rates from leads to paying clients.
• Customer retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Experience:
○ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
○ 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or hospitality technology.
○ Experience selling to group hotels, TMCs, or other B2B clients is a plus.
3. Skills:
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
○ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales processes.
