Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage end-to-end response to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals related to cybersecurity services.Translate complex technical cybersecurity solutions into clear, compelling, and compliant proposal content.Collaborate with presales, delivery, legal, and technical teams to gather accurate information and ensure proposal alignment.Write, edit, and format high-quality proposal sections including executive summaries, technical solutions, compliance matrices, and case studies.Ensure compliance with RFP requirements, evaluation criteria, and client expectations.Maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and case studies specific to cybersecurity offerings.Track, manage, and report proposal milestones and submissions using tools like Excel, SharePoint, or proposal management software.Must-Have Skills:Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, including:SOC OperationsCloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)IAM (Identity & Access Management)SIEM, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability ManagementProven experience writing and managing RFPs/proposals for cybersecurity or IT services.Excellent command of written English, formatting, and proposal structuring.Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.Strong coordination, time management, and stakeholder communication skills.Good to Have:Experience in working with Middle East countries.Understanding of public sector procurement processes.Experience using tools like RFPIO, Loopio, or similar proposal platforms.
