Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead with at least 6 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of .NET-based applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Ensure coding standards, performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.
  • Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest development trends and introduce innovations to improve application performance and team productivity.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET , ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET forms
  • Hands-on experience with Entity Framework / EF Core
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
  • Strong front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular/React (preferred)
  • Proficient in working with SQL Server, writing complex queries, stored procedures
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, etc.)
  • Version control systems such as Git

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities and multi-task across multiple projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Microsoft certifications (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,082.00 per month
