Manager - IT Location- Goa Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, firewall configuration, cybersecurity best practices, and IT asset management. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and Active Directory (AD) environments. Configure and manage firewall settings to maintain robust network security. Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including endpoint server security and other best practices. Maintain and manage user access and role-based permission settings across various platforms. Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, and oversee their lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning. Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations. Support and educate staff on best practices related to cybersecurity and access management. Assist in planning and implementing future IT projects and system upgrades. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge and implementation experience in Windows Server environments and Active Directory. Proficiency in firewall configuration and management. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience with endpoint server security. Knowledge of user provisioning and IT access management. Experience with IT asset management, including inventory and lifecycle tracking. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
