Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and professional waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and other wait staff to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities: - Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables. - Take customers' orders and relay them to the kitchen staff. - Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. - Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure that they are satisfied with their food and drinks. - Provide customers with information on menu items, specials, and promotions. - Clean and set tables for new customers. - Process payments and issue receipts to customers. - Collaborate with other wait staff and kitchen staff to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. - Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - 1+ years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or similar environment. - Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. - Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
