Electronics Assembly Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform functional testing and debugging of electronic circuit boards and prototypes.
  • Identify and repair faults in hardware assemblies using soldering and rework techniques.
  • Assist the firmware team during board bring-up, interface validation, and debugging.
  • Operate lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply, soldering stations).
  • Document test results, issues, and repair logs clearly and systematically.
  • Assemble PCB boards, modules, and devices as per instructions.
  • Handle basic wiring, cabling, and enclosure assembly.
  • Support in PCB assembly including component soldering, inspection, and rework.
  • Carry out repair and maintenance of devices to ensure functional reliability.
  • Conduct functionality testing for complete devices and subsystems, logging results accurately.
  • Have a basic understanding of MCU programming to support debugging and validation.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics / Electrical / related field.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly, testing, or prototyping. (Freshers with strong practical skills may also apply.)
  • Strong skills in soldering, rework, and handling PCB components.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supply).
  • Detail-oriented, systematic, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Exposure to medical devices or regulated industries.
