About APAC Fusion Cloud Applications Solution Engineering (SE) Solution Engineers build new and innovative technology solutions for real-world problems that our customers face. We work with Oracle Sales Representatives to understand our customers' business needs, establish relationships as trusted advisors, and develop winning Cloud Applications solutions that exceed expectations. Solution Engineers directly engage with a variety of customers in various organizational roles and from all sectors and industries (. retail, banking, healthcare, energy, automotive, government, and many others). Solution Engineers are therefore required to be knowledgeable on a range of Oracle Cloud Application solutions, customer industries and personas, and business processes/ use cases.

As part of the Oracle Analytics Applications organization in Oracle, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the success of the wide gamut of Fusion and NetSuite Analytics offerings, working closely with development partners.

You will work together with our Solution Engineering and Sales teams to develop solution strategies from our broad portfolio of best-of-breed Fusion Cloud Applications to address our customers' outstanding business needs across a wide range of industries. Key activities include:

Conduct discovery to collect detailed customer requirements Develop Points of View (POV) for target solutions, industries, and buying personas Perform Proofs-of-Concept (POC) with clients Build repeatable cloud solution demonstrations Deliver hands-on cloud computing workshops Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction, and overall Oracle solutions Create new industry-focused solution innovations At the conclusion of this program, you will be able to formulate and support pre-sales technical/ functional support activities for prospective clients and existing Fusion Cloud Application customers and know how to thrive in a culture of innovation, agility and performance. Required Skills & Experience Strong technical capability, understands coding languages, programming, database, and Cloud technology concepts Strong analytical mind with backgrounds in Math, Stats or any data-heavy subject areas Confident communicator with ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly Driven self-starter with strong organizational skills A passion for learning and for mentoring others Innovative, entrepreneurial spirit, open to new insights and challenges You will partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to build solutions, while simultaneously evolving existing capabilities. Able to manage multifaceted and complex job duties that require independent judgment
