What You'll Be Doing

You'll take end-to-end ownership across core product areas—modules, AI-powered workflows, micro-enablement recommendations, in-product agent platform, and conversational chat experiences.

You'll focus on what truly matters to users—shaping product direction by championing high-impact ideas and cutting through the noise.

Must-have Experience

We're looking for a senior designer with 5–6 years of experience who:

  • Has built and shipped complex, high-impact features in B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-rich products— not just ideas or concepts
  • Designs across surfaces: web apps, dashboards, chat interfaces, AI-powered applications
  • Knows when to move fast and when to sweat the details
  • Communicates ideas clearly through prototypes, writing, or visuals
  • Has strong product intuition — thinks across the full user journey—from system-level flows to polished micro-interactions
  • Has strong design instincts — you raise the bar for quality and inspire those around you to aim higher
  • Takes initiative and drives work forward independently—you don't wait for permission to solve problems
