About the Role:

We're hiring a high-output Shopify developer who can build anything we throw at them - from landing pages and cart drawers to custom bundles, post-purchase upsells, and everything in between.

You must know the Shopify ecosystem inside out, write clean code, and move fast. Our brands are 8-figure DTC operations built around performance - and we constantly test and iterate. This isn't an agency role - it's a chance to build across multiple profitable brands, working closely with elite copywriters, designers, and strategists.

If we send you a Loom + a site example, you should be able to build or replicate it 1:1. You'll also collaborate with our CRO team to test variant ideas weekly and be involved in developing logic for bundles, VIP flows, and other high-converting systems.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expert-level Shopify Liquid / HTML / CSS / JS
  • Fluent in building custom carts, drawers, and upsells
  • Understand and implement offer logic (e.g. dynamic bundles, tiered discounts, urgency triggers)
  • Able to replicate features from competitor sites using only reference or Loom
  • Mobile-first, conversion-minded dev style
  • Can deploy split test variants (pages, modules, or flows)
  • Fast, reliable, no hand-holding

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with Headless Shopify or Hydrogen
  • Strong CRO instincts or UX sensibility
  • Experience with VIP/subscription product logic
  • Knows how to connect back-end retention systems
