Our innovative approach and scalable platforms are transforming logistics for the modern world.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Head – Org Strategy & Transformation who can turn People Ops into a strategic advantage, not just a support function.You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, people, and operations – owning Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Org/People Transformation. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team to:Build a scalable, data-driven People engineDrive digitalisation and operating discipline across the organisationShape the culture, cadence, and execution DNA of AxestrackYou will lead 3 core functions (TA, HR Ops, Transformation) and ensure seamless execution, strong governance, and continuous improvement across all of them.Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition LeadershipBuild and refine dashboards, SOPs, guardrails, automation, and digital workflows for hiringStrengthen evaluation frameworks, assessments, and funnel governance so every hire is deliberate and data-backedCoach and mentor the TA Team Lead – driving productivity, performance, and discipline across the teamEnsure TA runs like a well-oiled, metrics-driven engine aligned to business priorities2. HR Operations & AdminOwn grievance management, employee queries, and issue resolution with speed and empathyGovern attendance, discipline, internal processes, and compliance – making sure we run tight, fair, and transparent operationsDesign and enforce operational SOPs, checklists, and audit rhythmsSupport admin, infra, and office operations where required to keep the organisation running smoothlyLead and mentor the HR Ops Team Lead, building a strong execution-focused backbone for the company3.
