Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO): Media Services to oversee and optimize business operations across the organization’s media verticals. The individual will be responsible for managing P&L performance, strengthening operational systems and processes, and leading functional heads to deliver on strategic and financial goals. The role demands a leader with deep industry experience, exceptional execution capability, and a proven ability to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability within large, multi-functional media environments. The COO will oversee daily operations, optimize resource management, and drive organizational growth. Key Responsibilities including but not limited to: 1. P&L Management • Take full ownership of the company’s P&L across all relevant business units. • Monitor, control, and improve financial performance through operational excellence. • Ensure cost efficiency, revenue optimization, and adherence to financial targets. 2. Business Operations & Process Improvement • Strengthen and streamline end-to-end business operations. • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, quality, and accountability. 3. Leadership & Team Management • Lead and mentor functional leaders across departments including Business Development, Finance, HR, and Technology, Engineering, Enablement; etc. • Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. • Align cross-functional teams with organizational goals and performance metrics. 4. Systems Development & ERP Implementation • Lead the design and development of an integrated cross-functional ERP system to enable data- driven decision-making. • Collaborate with IT and functional heads to ensure system alignment with business needs. • Drive digital transformation initiatives for improved business intelligence and reporting. 5. Strategic Planning & Execution • Partner with the promoters and executive leadership team to define and execute long-term strategic plans. • Drive operational readiness for new business ventures and expansions. • Translate organizational vision into actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
