We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Leader to join our AWS practice. This individual will play a pivotal role in providing technical and consulting leadership to cloud practice and clients across globe and develop, execute a strategic vision for the AWS Cloud practice, aligning with the overall business objectives. He would be key to drive the growth and expansion of the AWS Cloud practice within the organization.

Responsibilities

Grow the team of top-tier AWS professionals, delivering expert consulting services, evangelizing AWS solutions, and establishing our company as a thought leader in the cloud marketplace Lead solution design and architecture for complex cloud-based projects Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice on leveraging AWS solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business Serve as the subject matter expert in AWS technologies, ensuring in-depth knowledge of a wide range of AWS services Establish and enhance the external brand of the AWS Cloud practice through thought leadership, blogging, and participation in industry forums Represent the company at conferences, seminars & events to promote our AWS capabilities Actively participate in the AWS community by contributing to forums, meetups, and collaborating with other AWS professionals Develop and implement training programs to ensure the team stays current with AWS certifications and advancements

Requirements

20+ years of relevant professional experience In-depth expertise across a wide range of AWS services Proficiency with Compute (EC2, Lambda, Fargate), Storage (S3, EBS, EFS, DynamoDB) Knowledge of Networking (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway), Security (IAM, VPC Peering, KMS) Experience with Management & Governance (CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Cost Management) Proficiency with Serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions), Containerization (ECS, EKS) Experience with GenAI (Bedrock, Titan), Machine Learning (SageMaker, Rekognition, Lex) Expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) with AWS tools Strong experience with full life cycle of software development processes (Agile/RUP/Waterfall/MSF) Knowledge in the field of Technology Consultancy and Enterprise Architecture Extensive leadership experience Excellent communicational and organizational skills C1 English level proficiency
