  1. Elevating AWS delivery and consulting capability 
  3. Establishing AI-Driven AWS Engineering Practices: Define and implement AI-powered AWS engineering capabilities to optimize SDLC processes and enhance efficiency.
  5. Consulting & Thought Leadership: Provide expert AWS technological and architectural consulting to tackle complex digital challenges for clients and internal business units. Represent the company in external forums, showcasing AWS expertise.
  7. Client Deployment & Integration: Partner with business leaders across verticals to seamlessly integrate and deploy AWS capabilities in client environments.
  9. Strategic Partnerships & GTM Strategy: Support leadership in shaping the AWS partnership and capability roadmap and go-to-market strategy, strengthening the company's AWS capabilities.
  11. RFP & Business Development: Lead AWS-related RFPs in collaboration with pre-sales teams, driving the creation of PoCs to support sales pitches and proposal submissions.
  12. Platform Development and Engineering Initiatives
  14. Solution and IP Development: Conceptualize, Design and develop client-focused solutions and accelerators leveraging AWS and AI to address evolving business  and industry needs while positioning the company as a leader in AWS capabilities.
  16. Client-Centric Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to deeply understand client requirements, ensuring continuous enhancement and alignment of AWS engineering and architectural capabilities
  18. AWS Architectural & Engineering Excellence: Establish AWS architectural and engineering standards, best practices, and streamlined workflows to drive efficiency and innovation within the company.

Technical Skills

  • Enterprise-Level Implementation: Extensive experience in Architecting AWS cloud programs using technologies such Gen AI, Python, Spring Boot, Java, and API development, etc. 
  • Engineering Capability Building: Strong experience in developing and scaling AWS services , cloud-native architectures, and AI-driven AWS engineering practices at an organization/ CoE level. He/She should be hands-on with services ECS, EKS, Lambda, Cloud front, AWS Auto Scaling,AWS Well-Architected Framework, Data and Cloud migration Services like DMS, Cloud Migration Factory, AWS Migration Hub, and AWS Application Discovery Service, etc.
  • AI Tools: Expert in AWS Gen AI services and Tool (Bedrock , Amazon-Q, Sagemaker, Nova, Amazon Q-Transform, Code guru)that enhance SDLC and Engineering efficiencies and building business solutions.
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS Cloud and Solution Architecture Expert with  strong hold in infrastructure and DevSecOps tools and services like Codepipeline, CodeGuru Security, Amazon Repo, Cloud formation/Terraform, Cloud Watch, Cloud Optimization services, AWS Key Management Service, AWS CloudTrail, Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Trusted Advisor, Amazon Inspector, etc.
  • Agile & Quality Management: Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, estimation techniques, and quality management incl NFR.
  • Data & Analytics: Good knowledge in data and analytics solutions

  3. Building AWS community: Identify and nurture talent (both internal and external) to build a strong AWS capability or practice for architects, technical leads, and engineers. Actively participate in AWS initiatives.
  5. Strengthening AWS capability:  Design and drive comprehensive learning and training programs for AWS architects and engineers, equipping them with future-ready skills and cutting-edge capabilities.
  7. Foster collaboration:  Promote cross-functional collaboration, drive innovation, and facilitate the sharing of best practices across various verticals and client projects.

Qualification

Certification: AWS Solution Architect – Professional, AWS AI Practitioner. Good to have certifications like TOGAF / Zachman.
