Job Description:

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, People Experience (Restaurant Digital Engagement) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for deploying and executing change management strategies and facilitating the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff.

The candidate is expected to reside within India.


Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with the Manager, Restaurant Digital Engagement to assess the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience & Engagement tools, leveraging employee engagement data insights to recommend enhancements or replacements as needed


Employee Experience Management and Oversight:

  • Oversee the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives

Change Management:

  • Execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms


Documentation and Compliance:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools, helping to ensure Restaurant Employee Engagement tools comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field;
    advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across many countries and cultures
  • Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of learning & development trends, regulations, and best practices
  • English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
  • Extensive experience collaborating with and leading global teams across various regions
  • Expert in driving cross-functional initiatives, ensuring organizational objectives are met seamlessly
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a people manager, leading diverse, complex teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
