About Us: We’re a fast-growing beauty brand bringing luxury skincare and haircare to customers across India. With a thriving e-commerce presence and expanding retail footprint, we’re looking for an Logistics Supervisor to help keep our operations smooth, timely, and flawless. What You’ll Do: Support daily logistics & warehouse operations for skincare and haircare products Coordinate with couriers, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely dispatches & deliveries Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with speed and professionalism Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock reports Assist in implementing logistics SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs Work closely with the sales & operations team for smooth order fulfillment Monitor return & replacement processes for quality control What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations (beauty/FMCG preferred) Strong organizational & problem-solving skills Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Telugu Why Join Us: Be part of a high-growth beauty brand Work in a collaborative, creative, and dynamic team environment Opportunities for career growth as we expand nationally Salary: ₹22,000/month (Based on experience)
