Chemical Process Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Title: Chemical Process Expert We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Chemical Process Expert. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our chemical processes. Chemical Expertise: You will have a strong understanding of chemical properties and processes, including analytical methods such as pH, conductivity, and density. Biochemical Processes: You will also have knowledge of biochemical processes, including fermentation and cell cultivation techniques, as well as purification techniques like filtration and chromatography. Key Responsibilities: Create validation documentation, including process validation protocols/reports, risk assessments, and ongoing process verification plans/reports. Prepare transport validation/verification protocols and conduct necessary studies with cross-functional teams. Ensure all collected data is accurate and comprehensive, and that protocols comply with regulatory requirements and organizational standards. Support in preparation and update of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), control strategies, and FMEA risk assessments. Perform OPV/CPV evaluations, assess process performance, and provide insights and recommendations to the site MS&T team. Essential Requirements: Validation Expertise: You must have strong expertise in validation, including creating validation documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of our chemical processes. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
