Role Description

We're looking for a driven and proactive Customer Success Manager to help us scale Scrapingdog by nurturing leads, owning product announcements, and growing our presence across , Twitter, and beyond. If you're the kind of person who loves connecting with users, managing outreach pipelines, and growing developer-focused products, we want to hear from you.

Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Handling: Engage with all hot leads, follow up, demo, and convert.
  • Cold Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential users and partners to grow Scrapingdogs' customer base.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote Scrapingdogs' new features, use cases, and success stories across and X (Twitter).
  • Email Campaigns: Write and send emails to all users when a new feature is launched or when a major update goes live.
  • User Follow-ups: Check in with hot leads to ensure they are able to use the product effectively and resolve blockers if any.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication (English)
  • Experience in growth, digital marketing, or outbound campaigns
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Bonus: Experience in web scraping, APIs, or technical product marketing
