Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Design Specialist located in Kolkata. The role involves designing user-centric experiences, conducting user research, and developing prototypes to improve interaction and usability. The Specialist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to incorporate visual design elements and enhance interface aesthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include applying design thinking methodologies to solve challenges and creating intuitive experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.
