Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at OptimHire in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position ideally suited for freshers with a minimum work experience of 0 years. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in driving sales and managing client relationships to meet and exceed the company's revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management to build and sustain long-term customers.
  • Proficient in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
  • In-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients.
  • Strong prospecting skills to identify and nurture potential clients.

  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with a diverse client base.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services to potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and suggest innovative methods to improve results.
