Hiring for Associate/Assistant Manager for leading Fashion E-Commerce CompanyDesignation – Asst/ Associate MgrLocation: BangaloreCTC: 12-13 LPAResponsibilities: Manage inventory flow for the entire category, ensuring availability of top-selling styles at all times. Daily, weekly monthly dashboards management. Monitor product performance and take timely corrective actions. Manage and optimize brand visibility and presentation on the platform to drive conversion. Ensure high sell-through rates and on-time buying (OTB) fulfilment. Onboard new vendors, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company standards and processes. Coordinate with vendors daily, conducting regular catchups to align on pricing & discounting as per brand direction. Build and maintain strong vendor and brand relationships to ensure smooth operations. Track inwards and go-live to ensure timely product launches.Key Requirements: 4–5 years of experience in seller handling / junior buying/ junior planning, preferably withinwomen’s apparel. Strong fashion and trend sensibility paired with strong analytical acumen. Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is desirable.
