MANDATORY

Experience

Salary-20 LPA

**Responsibilities-**

1. Retainer compliance for all Company portfolio entities including director transition, auditor

transition and name change of entities;
2. Preparation and finalisation of board agenda, minutes of board and shareholders meeting,

supporting papers, circular resolution of highest standard;
3. End to end secretarial support for brand acquisitions such as private placement, rights

issue and share transfer;
4. End to end secretarial and administrative support for debt draw drawn and charge filing

including rolling charge;
5. End to end secretarial and administrative support for equity funding at Singapore and

India level;
6. Filing of various forms under Companies Act, 2013 and FEMA (FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA

return, ODI and FDI filings);
7. Coordination with AD bank and RBI authorities for FEMA related matters;
8. Coordination with sub-registrar for stamp papers, notarisation, adjudication etc.;
9. Supervising incorporation of entities;
10. Coordination with overseas consultant for secretarial compliance; and

11. Providing administrative support to legal, finance and M&A team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
