Introduction:We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in uncovering insights from data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to collect, clean, transform, and analyze data using various statistical and analytical techniques.Responsibilities:• Data Collection and Preparation:o Gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party vendors.o Cleanse and transform data to ensure accuracy and consistency.o Perform data quality checks and identify and resolve data anomalies.• Data Analysis and Interpretation:o Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.o Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators(KPIs) and monitor business performance.o Create visualizations (charts, graphs, and dashboards) to effectively communicate datainsights to stakeholders.• Business Intelligence:o Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business improvement.o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translatethem into analytical solutions.o Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, andimpactful manner.• Data Management and Governance:o Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate data governancepolicies and procedures.o Stay abreast of the latest data analysis techniques and tools.Requirements & Skills:• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, AdvanceExcel, Google Sheets and Altreyx).• Experience with data visualization tools.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
