Position Title Executive Assistant to CEO
Location Mumbai
Position reporting to CEO
Job Purpose
• Responsible for driving and overseeing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring seamless execution of tasks to support the CEO's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop, implement, and manage strategic plans aligned with organizational goals & objectives.
• Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and other relevant topics to provide valuable insights. Stay updated about industry developments and organizational dynamics.
• Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives, create project plans, set timelines, and ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Foster collaboration among different departments and teams to promote a unified approach towards project execution.
• Facilitate regular updates and progress reports to keep the CEO informed on project statuses.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points and presentations for key meetings and engagements.
• Provide decision support by combining information, offering recommendations, anticipating potential challenges, and creating contingency plans for the same.
• Support the CEO in identifying and updating on industry event, speakership & networking opportunities.Job Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream – Preferred in Arts/Business studies/ Social Work/Sociology/Development Studies.
Experience: 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives.
Functional Competencies
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Good documentation and monitoring skills for process outlines, flowcharts and implementation procedures, strong MS Office skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Behavioral Competencies
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and collaboration skills. Results-oriented with a strategic mindset. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Additional Skills
