Job Title: SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Consultant – Migration Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Consultant with a strong background in S/4HANA Migration Projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in migrating from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including data migration, system conversion, and configuration of Finance modules. You will play a key role in the successful execution of transformation initiatives by leveraging deep SAP FI expertise, particularly in the areas of New Asset Accounting, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Business Partner CVI Integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation and migration projects, including brownfield, greenfield, or selective data transitions.
  • Handle end-to-end data migration for Finance objects (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, etc.) using SAP Migration Cockpit, BAPIs, LSMW, and other tools.
  • Configure and test core modules: General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling (basic exposure).
  • Enable and support Universal Journal (ACDOCA) data structure and related finance innovations.
  • Support Central Finance or CVI (Customer-Vendor Integration) migration activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful cutover, reconciliation, and go-live activities.
  • Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications, and support integration with SD, MM, CO, and other modules.
  • Participate in Fit-Gap analysis, configuration, unit testing, UAT, and post-go-live support.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for S/4HANA Finance transformation.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of SAP FI experience, including S/4HANA Accounting for Financials.
  • At least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Migration project experience (Brownfield/Greenfield).
  • Strong knowledge of data migration methodologies and tools for S/4HANA.
  • In-depth understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and parallel accounting concepts.
  • Exposure to CVI (Customer Vendor Integration) and Business Partner conversion process.
  • Familiarity with Finance-related Fiori apps and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
