Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager - Administration & Marketing Strategy will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administrative functions while developing and executing effective marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership skills, coupled with a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse responsibilities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the overall growth and success of Syntec Airflow Systems.

Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's administrative operations, including office management, facilities maintenance, procurement, vendor management, and general administrative support.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Manage and optimize the utilization of office resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support for their operations.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Oversee travel arrangements and logistics for company personnel.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.   
• Define target audiences and develop effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, trade shows, and print media.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media platforms, and SEO/SEM strategies.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies and tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.   
• Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in administration and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.   
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.   
• Familiarity with the airflow systems or related industries is a plus.
