Role Overview: The UI/UX HTML,CSS Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver seamless and engaging interfaces. Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze user behavior, needs, and pain points to inform design decisions. Create user personas, user journeys, and task flows. UX Design Develop wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. Design user flows that ensure easy navigation and task completion. Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and design strategies. UI Design Create visually appealing, consistent, and brand-aligned UI designs for web and mobile applications. Build clean, modern design systems including typography, color palettes, components, and patterns. Ensure designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG). Collaboration & Communication Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align design with business goals. Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Testing & Iteration Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Iterate on designs based on user insights, technical constraints, and business priorities. Maintain design documentation and update design systems as needed. Tools & Technology Use industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Core UX Skills User research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) Persona creation, user journey mapping, and task flow design Information architecture and interaction design Wireframing and prototyping (low & high fidelity) Core UI Skills Visual design and layout principles Typography, color theory, and iconography Creating design systems and reusable components Responsive and mobile-first design practices Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
