As we scale to become the backbone of revenue intelligence globally, engineering excellence is the cornerstone of our journey.Role OverviewWe are looking for a visionary and hands-on Vice President – Engineering who will take end-to-end ownership of our technology stack, engineering roadmap, and team. You will be responsible for architecting scalable GenAI-first systems, driving high-velocity product shipping, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, and building a high-performing engineering culture.This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, deep experience with AI/ML or data-intensive platforms, and the ability to attract and retain top-tier engineering talent. You will work closely with the CEO, Head of AI/ML, Product, and Founder's Office to deliver robust, secure, and intelligent experiences across web and real-time systems.Key Responsibilities1. Technology LeadershipDefine and drive the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap across AI, platform, data, and frontend systemsLead system architecture design for speech processing, real-time audio streaming, LLM-based agents, and multilingual interfacesEnsure engineering best practices: microservices design, scalability, uptime SLAs, and test automation2. Team Building & People LeadershipBuild, mentor, and scale a high-performance engineering team including backend, frontend, AI, DevOps, QA, and integrationsInstill a culture of ownership, fast iteration, performance reviews, and deep collaboration across teamsDefine career paths, recruit top-tier talent, and drive technical onboarding and coaching3. Product Execution & DeliveryWork with Product, Founders, and Sales Engineering to translate business needs into scalable technical implementationsOwn timelines, sprint planning, delivery schedules, and development velocity metricsEnsure security, latency, fault tolerance, and compliance across all releases4. Platform & Infra OwnershipOversee cloud infrastructure on AWS (or GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and cost optimizationOwn DevOps, uptime, disaster recovery, and horizontal scaling for high concurrency needsManage data engineering and database architecture across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, S3, Redis, and vector DBs5. AI/ML & GenAI IntegrationWork closely with Head of AI/ML on integrating Whisper, LangChain, custom RAG pipelines, and multilingual inference stacks into production systemsTranslate AI/ML research into performant APIs, stream pipelines, and real-time inference microservicesEnsure optimized GPU/CPU utilization, caching, and latency control on real-time AI modules6.
