Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.TMF India is a Great Place to Work, ISO & ISAE certified organization.Role & responsibilitiesOversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL) functions.Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and development.Implement and optimize processes in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.Ensure compliance with Ind AS and other regulatory requirements (optional but preferred).Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting and audits.Preferred candidate profileQualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience.Strong technical expertise in SAP, preferably SAP HANA.Solid understanding of General Ledger (GL) processes; knowledge of Ind AS is an added advantage.Proven experience in managing teams.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.Interested candidates can share their updated profile at ankita.dwivedi@tmf-group.com
