We are seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead our brand-building initiatives and enhance our presence across key markets, with a special focus on Telugu-speaking audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Communication:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure alignment with business goals and market demands.

- Oversee all brand communication across offline and online channels, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging.

- Create compelling narratives and storytelling that resonate with Telugu-speaking audiences.

Creative Development:

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-impact marketing assets, including social media content, videos, and ad campaigns.

- Ensure creative outputs reflect cultural relevance, particularly for Telugu-speaking audiences, while maintaining global standards of excellence.

- Experiment with new formats and trends to keep the brand fresh and engaging.

Market Research & Insights:

- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, with a focus on regional needs.

- Analyse competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.

- Use insights to guide decision-making and refine marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with external agencies, influencers, and media platforms to amplify brand reach.

- Build relationships with key education leaders and industry stakeholders to strengthen the brand's reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in brand management, preferably in EdTech or consumer-facing industries.

- Proficiency in Telugu (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of regional cultures and preferences, particularly within the Telugu-speaking demographic.

- Expertise in creating and managing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

- Experience working with design and content teams to deliver creative outputs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the education or technology sector.

- Familiarity with modern marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media advertising tools.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
