Position: Full Stack DeveloperLocation: On-site, GurgaonAbout the RoleHotlink Services Private Limited is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a keen interest in leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Codex Agent and Google AI Studio, Firebase Studio etc. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, contributing to enterprise-grade software solutions that combine intelligent automation with robust engineering principles.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Spring Boot (Java), React, and MySQL.Build and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.Take full ownership of the development lifecycle — from UI design and backend logic to integration and deployment — ensuring cohesive and high-quality solutions.Integrate AI-assisted tools (e.G., Codex Agent, Google AI Studio) to accelerate development workflows.Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to uphold engineering quality standards.Contribute to architectural discussions and problem-solving for cross-system integrations.Required Technical SkillsBackend: Java, Spring Boot (Core, Data, Security, Web)Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Database: MySQL, JPA/HibernateAPI Development: RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication mechanismsIntegration Fundamentals: Webhooks, API Gateway, and third-party service integrationsVersion Control: Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution)Preferred Exposure (Good to Have)Experience or interest in using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Codex Agent, or Google AI Studio.Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Core CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and articulation skills.High attention to detail and code quality.Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to evolving tools and practices.Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.Experience RequiredMust have 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development using the technologies listed above.Work ModelOn-site position at our Gurgaon office, offering an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
