Actively manage portfolio performance in terms of progress against schedule, planning accuracy, productivity, safety and quality performance. Ensure appropriate use of elevator installation methods and operations management practices. Manage the regional Delivery Operations team, ensuring competence and optimized deployment/allocation of the resources.Job Description:-Safety and Quality• Proactively drives outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations• Responsible for driving a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization• Accountable for the use of correct installation methods and tools by the installation team, and for proper risk assessment for parts of installation.Customers• Establishes and promotes service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations• Captures and feeds Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations• Manages customer disputes and escalations, and transactional survey feedbackLeadership and people development• Leads, evaluates, and develops his/her operations team and professionals to achieve the established safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals. Identifies and address competence development needs for project management and installation.• Accountable for his/her Delivery Operations teams adherence, and standard ways of working requirementsInstallation• Drives efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with regulatory methods, requirements, and site management practices• Responsible for Installation capacity planning• Accountable for optimized resource utilization (people and tools)Minimum Educational QualificationDiploma / BE in: Mechanical Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering /Electrical Engineering /Electronics & Communication Engineering /Robotics /AutomationExperience RequiredDiploma Holders: 5 to 15 yearsBE Graduates: 2 to 9 yearsPurpose of the JobTo provide independent on-site technical support for the installation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, robotic, and automated systems.Mandatory Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical MaintenanceExperience in Robotics & Automation SystemsGood understanding of Control Panel wiring, panel assembly, and commissioningAbility to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faultsHands-on experience with preventive and breakdown maintenanceKnowledge of sensors, motors, drives, actuators, PLC basics (preferred)Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic, automated, and electromechanical equipment.Troubleshoot issues related to mechanical assemblies, wiring, control systems, motors, drives, and sensors.Maintain equipment such as motors, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, robotic arms, etc.Ensure proper wiring, cable routing, electrical panel checks, and compliance with safety protocols.Conduct calibration, alignment, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to improve equipment performance.Support installation, tooling changes, and basic programming assistance as required.Maintain accurate service logs, inspection checklists, and maintenance reports.Work closely with customer teams for smooth service execution and high equipment uptime.Adhere to all SOPs, maintenance procedures, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.Provide guidance or support to junior technicians when needed.How to ApplyKindly share your CV/Resume via Email:careers@eskaygroupindia.comProject management• Ensures that Eskay Vertical Mobility (I) Pvt.
