Role Summary:  

We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics Designer and Generative AI Video Editor proficient in various design tools, motion graphics, and techniques to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, animations, and videos across various platforms. 

Key Tasks & Accountability:  

  • Conceptualize and execute 2D animations, motion graphics, and video edits using tools like After Effects, FCP, Premiere Pro, etc. 
  • Collaborate with the team to translate ideas into high-quality designs, ensuring consistency and brand compliance. 
  • Produce innovative visual solutions, including infographics, illustrations, and multimedia presentations. 

Experience and Skills 

  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in graphic designing, motion graphics, and video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and multimedia projects. 
  • Proven experience in creating videos for B2B marketing or communications. 
  • A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness. 
  • A high level of proficiency in Adobe products like Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design-based decisions in words and writing. 
  • Being able to understand the content for the video and provide constructive feedback to the content team. 
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details 
  • A good knowledge of design for video. 
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
