As our AI-Augmented UI/UX Designer, you'll become the creative visionary who:

1. Design with AI Superpowers (40%)

• Use AI design tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate
• Prototype lightning-fast using AI to generate variations, test concepts, and explore design directions.
• Create intelligent design systems that adapt to user behavior and business needs.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and integrate them into your creative workflow.
• Push creative boundaries by combining human intuition with machine-generated possibilities.

2. Craft Human-Centered Experiences (35%)

• Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications & consumer products
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that solve real user problems
• Develop design systems that ensure consistency across multiple products & platforms
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every project

3. Collaborate & Innovate (25%)

• Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation
• Partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure design supports growth & conversion goals
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and defend design decisions with data and user insights
• Mentor team members on design thinking and AI-augmented workflows

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications
• AI tool proficiency - demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI, etc.)
• Color theory mastery - exceptional understanding of color psychology, accessibility, and visual hierarchy

• Prototyping skills - proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
