Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic candidates for the Travel Sales role at Nexus Jobs, located in Mumbai. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their careers in the sales field. The successful candidate will possess a strong interest in travel and a passion for customer service. Prior experience is not mandatory; however, having up to one year of experience will be advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Present travel options and packages to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of each option.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by converting initial inquiries into confirmed travel bookings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about industry trends and travel destinations.
  • Handle client queries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to support collective sales and business objectives.
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials to enhance customer engagement and interest.
  • Execute administrative tasks such as keeping records, processing payments, and developing sales reports.
