We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality client experiences, and managing cross-functional teams at the store level. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional client-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and service delivery of Stores at Indore Airport.
  • Ensure each store meets standards of excellence in cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and customer service.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to operational SOPs and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Operations Head and other functional teams (Community, Facilities, etc.) to drive performance.
  • Implement initiatives for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each location and take corrective action where needed.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and vendor management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in coworking, retail, hospitality, or similar industries.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead diverse field teams.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
