Responsibilities● Be a specialist in the enterprise software of CareStack and the Business - US Dentistry - tobe able to support external stakeholders of the software platform.● Assess communication and soft skills in calls and emails in accordance with samplingplans.● Assist agents with their grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress, and other skills in theEnglish language and culture.● To improve employee performance, offer consistent coaching and criticism.● Intermittently assist in design and development of training material.● Create plans of action for the bottom quartile and make sure they advance along thelearning curve.● Must collaborate with numerous teams and procedures.● Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing team● Should be ready to work in US shift timingSkills and Qualifications● Graduates in any discipline with excellent verbal and written communication skills.● Min 3 - 4 years experience working as a ‘Voice Coach’● Good analytical, problem-solving and system thinking ability● Mandatory experience in handling US geography, UK & Australia will be an addedadvantage● Expertise across Accent neutralization, rapport building, listening skill development etc● Familiar with healthcare Industry will be a plus● Self-starter and a good team player with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure,fast-paced environmentLocation: Trivandrum
