About the Role We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & SEO Manager to lead our digital presence and drive audience engagement across all platforms. In this role, you will spearhead our social media strategy, guide a high-performing team, and craft content that resonates deeply with our audiences. You should have a strong understanding of digital trends, content behavior patterns, and platform-specific nuances that influence engagement and growth. What You’ll Do Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Research industry trends, analyze competitors, and refine content strategies based on insights. Plan, create, and publish engaging content — graphics, videos, stories, and interactive posts that match brand tone and objectives. Build compelling brand narratives and storytelling formats that enhance relatability and authenticity. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align visuals with campaign goals. Track social media metrics and performance data to analyze content effectiveness and engagement. Plan and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals to boost visibility and search ranking. Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform best practices, and digital marketing trends to maximize reach. Use AI-assisted workflows and plugins to enhance efficiency and speed up content development. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in social media strategy and digital content creation. Deep understanding of major social media platforms and platform-specific optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to develop content that engages and drives community growth. Familiarity with SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization. Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically while executing hands-on tasks. Familiarity with AI-powered workflows is a strong advantage. Ability to work full-time from Raipur. Why Join Us?
