We are expanding our team and looking for a talented SEO & Ads Specialist to join us.Role OverviewWe are seeking a results-oriented SEO & Ads Specialist who can manage end-to-end search engine optimisation, run high-performing ad campaigns, and contribute to growth across multiple digital platforms. You will work closely with our content, design, and strategy teams to execute measurable digital marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Responsibilities:• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.• Optimise website on-page elements: meta tags, headers, URLs, content, internal linking, etc.• Work on off-page SEO including link-building strategies.• Monitor website ranking, organic traffic, and domain performance.• Improve site structure, load speed, and overall technical SEO health.• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.Ads & Performance Marketing Responsibilities:• Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across *Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)* and *Google Ads*.• Set up campaign structures, ad sets, audience targeting, and budgets.• Analyse KPIs like CTR, CPC, CAC, CPM, ROAS, conversions, etc.• Optimise campaigns to improve performance and lower costs.• A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages.• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes.Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO & Paid Ads (Google + Meta).• Strong understanding of search algorithms and ranking factors.• Ability to manage ad budgets efficiently and deliver ROI.• Hands-on experience with tools like: * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz * Meta Ads Manager * Google Ads Manager• Good communication & reporting skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.Nice-to-Have• Experience with reel strategy or content suggestions.• Basic understanding of landing page optimisation & funnel setup.• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools (bonus).What We Offer• Competitive salary based on experience.• Creative, supportive, and growth-focused work culture.• Opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries.• Learning & upskilling opportunities.
