This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesTimely and accurately invoice presentment to Clients on weekly, bi-weekly & monthly basis, both Match & Attach and via client determined reverse invoicing portals, while additionally tracking invoicing and payment statusProactively identify billing discrepancies and resolve prior to aging impact.Work with AR, Field personnel, Talent and clients to resolve payroll/billing issues.Weekly update/maintenance of invoice log to management.Adjustment preparation, field notification and entry to resolve over/shortCollect and process T&M and PPU data for RPO workstreams.Produce and submit estimated invoices by specified date each month.Create final invoices for RPO teams, collaborating with workstream leaders to obtain approvals Basic Requirements:College degree (BA, BS) or commensurate work experienceExperience within the Staffing industry preferred, but not requiredMinimum of 2 years of analytical or auditing experiencePayroll & billing experienceCustomer service oriented, consistently providing exceptional serviceAbility to meet deadlines & multi taskExperience / intermediate knowledge with GSuite products, including Gmail, Sheets, DocsPreferred Requirements:Exceptional organizational skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to exercise sound judgment in an environment with tight deadlines and competing prioritiesAbility to work independently or in close collaboration with other departments, as circumstances arise
