About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take the lead on executing and optimizing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other high-impact platforms. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with data, and have a knack for driving ROI-positive growth, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
  • Own and scale user acquisition efforts while keeping a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV: CAC ratios.
  • Manage large monthly ad budgets with daily and weekly performance tracking and iteration.
  • Monitor key metrics, generate performance reports, and extract actionable insights to improve strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest platform changes, algorithm updates, ad formats, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking, seamless pixel and attribution setup, and robust analytics frameworks.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.

Proven experience in managing budgets per month with performance ownership.

Strong understanding of marketing funnels, user behavior, and conversion tracking.

Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and AppsFlyer.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.

Experience in startups is a plus.

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
