Office Accountant

Your responsibilities:
- Co-responsible for supplier accounting.
- Checking the purchase invoices with the order forms.
- Entering purchase invoices.
- Follow up the approval flow of the invoices.
- Follow up on reminders from suppliers.
- GST Auditing.
- Statutory audit schedule preparation.
- Fixed assets register maintenance.
- You are based at our local head office in Chennai, India.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and Taxation or equivalent through experience.
- Accounts Payable process knowledge.
- Conceptual understanding of GST and TDS.
- MSME background.
- ERP exposure (added advantage).
- You are a good communicator and can express yourself fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Fluent in working with excel.
- You are well organized, proactive, stress resistant and you are a team player.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
